What is facilitation?
Facilitation means to help or enable a group to achieve a common goal by creating and guiding a process that promotes collaboration and participation. It involves moderating discussions and activities that encourage everyone in the group to work TOGETHER to find a solution or reach a decision. The process outcome is

In addition to facilitating workshops and perspective shifts, I offer support for learning projects. As an internationally experienced learning expert, I help make important topics visible and understandable. While subject matter experts concentrate on their areas of expertise, I contribute by organizing crucial information for the UNlearning journey. We use simple language, an interactive experiental space, and easy access. This allows us to reach a diverse range of learners.ย
