Facilitation provides a psychologically safe framework for efficiently guiding transformation processes.

What is facilitation?

Facilitation means to help or enable a group to achieve a common goal by creating and guiding a process that promotes collaboration and participation. It involves moderating discussions and activities that encourage everyone in the group to work TOGETHER to find a solution or reach a decision. The process outcome is

What is learning facilitation?
The learners are the most important people in the workshop. Instead of merely receiving input and passively listening to new information, they have the opportunity to co-create the workshop as co-designers. Participants are encouraged to share their current knowledge, exchange ideas, and support each other in learning new things.Β 
As a facilitator, I guide them by using tools and asking questions that help them co-construct the theory, have shared experiences, and connect their own dots. This process enables natural learning within the group, making the knowledge more memorable for each individual and enriching their current baggage.Β

Supporting your learning projects & subject matter experts

In addition to facilitating workshops and perspective shifts, I offer support for learning projects. As an internationally experienced learning expert, I help make important topics visible and understandable. While subject matter experts concentrate on their areas of expertise, I contribute by organizing crucial information for the UNlearning journey. We use simple language, an interactive experiental space, and easy access. This allows us to reach a diverse range of learners.Β
